How to Call the Squad
You should not be afraid to call the squad. Like all other health related organizations, the number one priority of the Squad is you're safety and privacy. We go to extreme measures to make sure you are safe and to make you feel as comfortable as possible. If you feel you need the assistance of the West Essex First Aid Squad, call 911** or your local police department number. Be prepared to give the dispatcher your name, phone number, what happened and where the incident occurred. They will then dispatch the police and request the First Aid Squad respond if neccessary
When to Call the SquadYou should call the Police immediately if you or someone near appears to be having difficulty breathing, a heart attack or stroke, severe head, neck, or back pain, suffered a fall, was involved in an automobile accident, or has suffered any other significant injury, or is feeling or looking different than is normal for them.
